As the Co-Founder and Director of Veteran Advocacy & Partnerships of Purpose Partners Inc., Reggie plays a vital role in equipping individuals to discover, develop, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
Reggie’s passion for people and his heart for the hurting and the lost have shaped his ministry and leadership. His involvement in global missions and extensive local outreach reflects his dedication to carrying the love of Jesus to communities near and far. He is known for creating environments where individuals can experience restoration, hope, and spiritual breakthrough.
A proud United States Navy Veteran, Reggie brings discipline, resilience, and integrity to every area of his work. His professional and ministry experiences have positioned him as a trusted mentor and encourager to those navigating life’s challenges and seeking clarity in their spiritual journey.
Reggie is also the Founder of Make It Good, LLC, home of the Make It Good Apparel line inspired by Numbers 23:19. Through this brand, he seeks to remind people of God’s promises and help them identify the “It” that God desires to make good in their lives.
As an entrepreneur, mentor, and international missionary, Reggie is committed to building people, strengthening communities, and creating spaces where individuals can encounter the transformative power of God. He serves alongside his wife, Sheena C. Smith, with whom he co-founded Purpose Partners Inc. Together, they are dedicated to helping others walk confidently in the purpose God has designed for them.

Sheena C. Smith is the Founder and Executive Director of Purpose Partners Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping individuals for, connecting them to, and launching them into their God given purpose. With a passion for helping people live intentional and purpose driven lives, Sheena leads programs that teach, counsel, and empower individuals to walk confidently in their unique callings.
Her vision for Purpose Partners Inc. was shaped by a deeply challenging season, over a decade ago, marked by unexplained health issues that led her to seek God for clarity, direction, and deeper meaning. That transformative journey ignited her commitment to helping others discover and develop the purpose God has placed within them. In 2025, Sheena and her husband, Reggie Smith, officially launched Purpose Partners Inc. with four mentees, each of whom has since gone on to start and establish their own businesses and ministries along with a deeper relationship with God and their identity in Him, demonstrating the early impact of the organization’s mission.
With more than 17 years of corporate experience, Sheena brings a strong professional background spanning Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, and Product Management. She holds a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech, a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from Penn State, and a Marketplace Leadership Certification from Impact College. Her cross-industry expertise strengthens her ability to build systems, strategies, and development pathways that support both organizational growth and individual transformation.
Sheena is also the Co-Owner of Make It Good, LLC, home of the Make It Good Apparel line inspired by Numbers 23:19. Through this venture, she and her husband, Reggie, champion a message of God’s promises, purpose, and the belief that God makes all things good in His timing.
As the Creator and Faith Blogger behind The Faith Travels.com, Sheena shares devotionals, faith reflections, and spiritual insights designed to encourage believers in their walk with God. Her writing extends her ministry beyond physical spaces, reaching readers across the nations seeking hope, healing, and purpose.
In addition to her executive and creative work, Sheena is a mentor, entrepreneur, and short-term international missionary, having served on multiple mission assignments across the globe. As a visionary leader, Sheena also serves on the boards of The Science Sis Foundation and Roses & Revolution Foundation, contributing her leadership in governance, program strategy, and community engagement.
